Job Position: Senior RPA Developer

Experience: 6-8 Years

Skills Required:

• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience in Jiffy RPA is an advantage.
• Overall 6 to 8 years of experience.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Strong Python Skills.
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.

Responsibilities:

•  Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation Development and technologies
•  Modeling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future
