About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Interview Panelist to support our hiring process for a Headless CMS Integration Specialist role. This is a remote, freelance opportunity suited for a senior tech professional with deep understanding of web development, API-first architectures, and modern CMS platforms like Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, or similar.

Your role will be to participate in technical interviews, evaluate candidate expertise, and provide objective feedback to help us make the right hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1-on-1 or panel-style interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Evaluate candidates’ hands-on knowledge of headless CMS platforms, API integrations, and modern frontend/backend tech stacks.
• Ask scenario-based, practical questions to assess real-world problem-solving.
• Provide structured feedback and ratings post-interview.
• Collaborate with our hiring team to refine interview questions or evaluation criteria when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in web development, software architecture, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, Prismic, or similar).
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.).
• Prior experience in hiring, interviewing, or mentoring tech candidates is a plus.
• Excellent communication and evaluation skills.
• Ability to provide unbiased, clear, and structured feedback.
