We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Job Description

Experience in any one of the below mentioned modules:

1. Core Human Resources (Core HR)
2. Payroll - Given the UAE's unique compensation structures, such as housing and transport allowances, the Payroll module is widely adopted. Oracle provides localized payroll configurations to ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
3. Talent Management - Modules supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
4. Learning and Development
5. Workforce Management - Managing time, attendance, and leave is crucial, particularly in industries with shift-based work.
