Mobile Application Developer - Freelance Interviewer

We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview, assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Role Overview

Mobile App Developer with experience in React Native or Flutter, who can own end-to-end mobile development. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver an intuitive and engaging mobile experience that mirrors our web capabilities and adds mobile-first features.

 Key Responsibilities

 • Design and build cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) using React Native or Flutter.

 • Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.

 • Work closely with the UI/UX team to implement clean, responsive, and scalable interfaces.

 • Optimize app performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.

 • Implement push notifications, analytics tracking, and offline capabilities.

 • Collaborate with QA for test planning and ensure timely bug fixes.

 • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

 • Continuously explore new technologies to enhance app quality and user experience.

 • Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and UI/UX trends. 

 • Publish and maintain apps on App Store and Google Play Store.

 Required Skills

 • Proficiency in React Native or Flutter (must have built and deployed apps to App Store / Play Store).

 • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, REST APIs, and state management (Redux, MobX, Provider, Bloc, etc.).

 • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and in-app messaging. • Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.

 • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and app distribution workflows.

 • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

 • Ability to work in an agile environment with fast iteration cycles.
