About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Freelance Interview Panelist to support our recruitment process for a Metaverse Developer. This freelance role is ideal for a senior developer or technical architect with deep experience in XR, Unity/Unreal, 3D environments, blockchain integration, or Web3 technologies.

You will collaborate with our hiring team by interviewing candidates, testing their technical expertise, and giving objective hiring recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in live, remote interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Evaluate candidates’ practical knowledge in areas like 3D asset integration, virtual environments, Unity/Unreal development, VR/AR, and blockchain/Web3 integrations.
• Ask practical, scenario-based questions and assess project portfolio depth.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback and hiring recommendations post-interview.
• Assist in refining interview questions or candidate evaluation rubrics if needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years in software/game development, with strong exposure to metaverse, virtual worlds, XR, or blockchain projects.
• Proficient with platforms like Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js, Babylon.js, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of spatial computing, multiplayer systems, NFTs, smart contracts, or metaverse infrastructure.
• Previous experience with hiring, mentoring, or conducting technical interviews is a plus.
• Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills.
• Ability to remain objective and thorough during evaluations.
