LLM Engineer - Freelance Interviewer

We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interviews, assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Job Description-

  Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to craft intuitive and impactful conversational experiences.
• Independently deliver features and take full ownership of assigned modules.
• Understand user data and explore opportunities to build personalized AI-driven experiences.
• Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific data to improve performance accuracy.
• Design and implement RAG-based architectures to enhance model responses.
• Contribute as both a leader and independent contributor in a startup environment.
• Set up new workflows, systems, and tools from scratch as we scale our AI ecosystem.
• Work cross-functionally to solve challenges and deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based development.
• Proven experience working with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong experience building conversational bots or AI assistants.
• Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, GPT models, etc.).
• Practical experience implementing RAG-based retrieval systems.
• Solid understanding of NLP, ML, embeddings, vector databases, and data pipelines.
• Good grasp of mathematical concepts used in model training and evaluation.
• Experience with techniques like LoRA / QLoRA is a strong advantage.
• Experience working independently in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
• Understanding of financial or investment concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
