We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview, assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to manage a small team and drive requirements for a next-generation low-latency, real-time (streaming) market data platform. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on analysis and close collaboration with global product and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in real-time market data systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven experience in managing teams within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Streaming Market Data Business Analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and consistency across deliverables.
• Define, implement, and maintain standards for requirements documentation, analysis, and validation.
• Own the end-to-end requirements and testing strategy across multiple market data sources and client-facing interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to prioritize features and align delivery with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, report progress, and proactively identify and communicate risks or dependencies to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in analysis practices, tooling, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in real-time market data or financial technology.
• In-depth knowledge of market data protocols (e.g., FIX, ITCH, or similar) and data distribution technologies (e.g., multicast SBE, API-based delivery).
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of Business Analysts or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of streaming data concepts, data integration, and low-latency data flows.
• Hands-on experience with requirements engineering, user stories, and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage global stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data platform migration or modernization projects.
• Technical proficiency in data validation, profiling, and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud-based streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink) is a plus.
