Responsibilities:
- Conduct infrastructure monitoring and observability support.
- Execute monitoring health check utilities.
- Prepare monthly service reports as per the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in utilizing health check utilities.
- Ability to generate and analyze KPIs and monthly reports.
- Basic Understanding and troubleshooting of Linux OS, webserver, and DNS.
- Web hosting/Datacenter support experience preferred
- RHCA & CCNA Certified
