We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.
We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.
Skills Required
1. Control Validation Automation:
o Review and analyze existing control validation processes to identify opportunities for
automation using tools such as Alteryx, Power Platform, and scripting languages.
o Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and solutions to streamline
control validations and improve accuracy.
2. Task Automation and Efficiency Improvement:
o Assess business-as-usual tasks within the IT Risk department to identify repetitive
processes suitable for automation.
o Create and deploy automated solutions to enhance team productivity, enabling focus
on strategic initiatives and higher-value tasks.
3. IT Risk Playbook Participation:
o Collaborate with the IT Risk team to support the development and maintenance of IT
risk playbooks, ensuring alignment with automated processes.
o Contribute to the documentation and refinement of risk management procedures and
controls.
4. Data Visualization and Reporting:
o Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights
into control validation metrics and automation performance.
o Ensure that data visualizations are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders for
informed decision-making.
5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
o Work closely with IT Risk team members to gather requirements and understand
challenges related to risk management and control validation.
o Train and support team members on new automation tools and processes, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement.
6. Monitoring and Optimization:
o Monitor the performance of automated processes and workflows to ensure
effectiveness and reliability.
o Continuously seek opportunities to refine and optimize existing automation solutions
based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a
related field.
Proven experience in process automation, with strong skills in scripting (e.g., Python,
PowerShell) and tools such as Alteryx and Power Platform.
Familiarity with IT risk management concepts, frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), and
industry best practices.
Proficiency in data visualization using Power BI, with a strong understanding of best practices
for reporting and dashboard design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operational
efficiency.
Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services or investment banking sector is highly desirable.
Knowledge of developing and maintaining risk management playbooks is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, PowerBI, Alteryx Designer
Certification, CISA, CRISC) are advantageous.
