Genesys Cloud Developer (Freelance Interviewer)

Experience: 5+years

Key Responsibilities:

*Design & Development: Develop and customize Genesys Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, including creating and managing IVRs, voice and digital bot flows, automations, integrations, workflows, and reporting.

*Configuration: Configure Genesys Cloud services, including sites, call managers, dial plans, edge devices, calls / message / emails routing, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), voice / digital flows, WFM, quality management voice bots and chat bots, to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience.

*Integration: Integrate Genesys Cloud with other systems i.e. Open Messaging based integration for digital channels, softphone based deep integration with CRM and other 3rd party systems, using SDKs, APIs and other integration tools.

*Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and providing support to end-users as needed.

*Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes, configurations, and integrations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

*Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

*Testing: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and quality standards before deployment.

*Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Genesys Cloud features, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of solutions.
