Full Stack Engineer - Freelance Interviewer

We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview, assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS, Python, and Cloud services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building scalable applications, designing robust CI/CD pipelines, and working with both relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development:

•Build, optimize, and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS with best practices in performance and usability.

•Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and seamless integration with back-end services.

Back-End Development:

•Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Python frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).

•Integrate back-end systems with AWS, Azure services and databases for reliable performance.

Cloud & Serverless Architecture:

•Design and deploy solutions using AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).

•Ensure applications are secure, cost-efficient, and scalable.

CI/CD & DevOps:

•Build and manage CI/CD pipelines between GitHub and AWS.

•Automate deployments, testing, and monitoring workflows.

Database Management:

•Design and manage relational schemas in Postgres.

•Work with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB for high-performance use cases.

AI/ML Enablement:

•Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML features into products.

Leverage vector databases, embeddings, and APIs for intelligent workflows.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in software engineering including exposure to any cloud services.

Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with ReactJS.

Solid working experience with Python for back-end development.

Full Stack Engineer (React, Python)

•Proven expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub + AWS).

•Strong knowledge of Postgres with ability to design and optimize schemas.

•Hands on experience in ETL and Data side.

•Familiarity with NoSQL databases (especially DynamoDB).

•Exposure to AI/ML concepts with practical experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

•Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

•Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

•Understanding of security best practices in cloud-native applications.

•Redhat Certifications is a plus.

•Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to learning new technologies.
