We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.


Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and integrating front-end and back-end components for the Optimizely Commerce platform as part of the SAP B2B migration project. This role involves developing scalable solutions using React.js and .NET Core, integrating with Spire CMS and PIM, and ensuring seamless data flow between SAP ECC and Optimizely. The developer will also work on performance optimization, security, and deployment using Azure services.


Must have Tech skills:

B2B Experience with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred): Understanding content modeling, workflows, personalization. Experience with Commerce Cloud platforms: Familiarity with B2B commerce systems like SAP Commerce Cloud or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Frontend React.js / Next.js: For building modern, performant UIs. TypeScript: For scalable and maintainable code. Tailwind CSS / SASS: For styling. Spire CMS (Must-Have): Deep understanding of Spire architecture for B2B ecommerce. Backend .NET Core (C#): Essential for Optimizely backend development. ASP.NET MVC / Web API: For building and exposing services. Database SQL Server: Common in enterprise environments. Entity Framework Core: ORM for .NET. Integration & PIM PIM Integration Knowledge: Handling product data workflows and integration with Optimizely. SAP ECC Data Models: Familiarity with MARA, KNA1, VBAK for integration planning. DevOps & Deployment Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions: For CI/CD pipelines. Docker & Kubernetes: For containerization and orchestration. Azure Cloud Expertise: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Key Vault, DevOps (CI/CD), and Application Insights for SAP-Optimizely integration. Authentication & Security OAuth2 / OpenID Connect. Azure Active Directory for identity management.


Must have soft skills:

Analytical Thinking: Designing scalable systems and solving complex logic problems.

Clear Communication: Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Accountability: Taking ownership of data integrity, performance, and security.

Collaboration: Coordinating with FE developers, QA, and integration teams.

Resilience: Handling production issues and debugging under pressure
