We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• · 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• · Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
• · Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST/SOAP APIs
• · Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and Integration Hub
• · Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.)
• · Experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Process Automation Designer

Certifications (Preferred)

• · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• · ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• · ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
• · ITIL Foundation certification

Professional Experience

• · Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementation projects
• · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• · Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes
• · Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
• · Background in designing solutions for large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments

Desired Skills

• · Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and instance management
• · Knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting solutions
• · Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
• · Understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and access control
• · Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Virtual Agent development
