We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interviews, assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

We’re looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to oversee and manage our development, deployment, and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems while fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and manage robust monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Cloud Management: Optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Security Compliance: Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and audit standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps practices into the SDLC.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in the infrastructure and application environments.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
• Expertise in managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
