Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote technical interviews for DevOps Engineer candidates.
• Evaluate expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native practices.
• Assess scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Analyze candidates' problem-solving approach in real-world DevOps scenarios.
• Provide objective interview feedback and scoring.
• Ensure fairness and consistency across interview evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
• Strong communication and evaluation skills.
• Prior experience conducting interviews or technical mentoring is a plus.

Preferred:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience with agile DevOps practices in high-availability environments
