Position Title: Communication & US Accent Evaluation Panelist

Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Remote

Location: Remote (Preferred time zone: US overlap or flexible availability)

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Voice & Accent (V&A) or Communication Training to support our interview evaluation process. You will be responsible for assessing candidates’ communication abilities, accent clarity (with a focus on US accent), and overall spoken fluency in a structured interview format.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join live interview panels to evaluate candidates’ communication skills and accent.
  • Provide objective feedback on voice modulation, pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with technical interviewers to provide a holistic assessment.
  • Share concise evaluation reports post-interview (template will be provided).
  • Ensure adherence to interview protocols and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer / Communication Skills Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer.
  • Strong familiarity with US English pronunciation, tone, and business communication style.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Prior experience in assessing or interviewing candidates is a plus.
  • Ability to provide constructive, unbiased feedback.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Voice & Accent, ESL, or related fields.
  • Experience in corporate training, BPO, or EdTech environments.
