As part of our Engineering team, the ColdFusion Developer will take part in the development and evolution of one of our key Consumer Goods software products. The candidate must have good experience with agile development practices such as Scrum or XP. As a member of a Scrum team, the candidate will work on all development activities such as analysis, design, programming, and testing. The ability to effectively communicate with people is essential. Development activities are performed remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ColdFusion-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical requirements.
• Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented ColdFusion code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated on latest ColdFusion trends and suggest improvements.
• Participate in Agile project planning and estimation.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project status, risks, and technical challenges.
• Ensure comprehensive testing and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in ColdFusion programming language.
• 3+ years of experience in ColdFusion development.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases (SQL Server).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, Slack, and Miro.
