Executives (BDEs), providing guidance, and support to help them achieve their
targets.
Sales and Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the growth
of the business by securing new projects and maintaining excellent client
relationships.
Deal Closure: Execute the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to
closing the deal, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and delivering
tailored solutions.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market
dynamics, using this knowledge to identify new opportunities and refine the
sales strategy.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of proven experience in business development, project
management, and technical sales, preferably in website development and
application development.
● A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
● Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a
team.
● Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical
and non-technical clients.
● A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial
spirit.
● In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market
dynamics.
