- Establish network of institutes, organizations and individuals to enroll students for the offered courses.
- To strengthen the mobilization process by helping recruitment and selection of mobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects.
- Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution in-line with operation of the center.
- Ensure mobilization targets are met in given timeline
- New initiatives for finding ways for Mass mobilization.
