JD/Main Responsibilities: 

1. To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .
2. Review training content & timely upgrade 
3. Motivated the students for placement 
4. Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP
5. Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested 
6. Monitor class attendance 
7. Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
