About the Job



1• Create a list of prospective employers for the job roles trained under various projects in Chennai

2• Co-ordinate and place the candidates with suitable employers

Duties and responsibilities:

1• Understand various skill development courses run by the organization and requirements by trainees to enroll for the courses

2• Do market survey and prepare a list of suitable employers for placement of students completing training in Electronics and Telecom job roles

3• Co-ordinate with employers and trainers to arrange OJT and job interviews

4• Attend events like job mela, placement drives etc. and generate leads for OJT and placement of trained candidates

5• Follow-up with the employed candidates for prescribed period as per project requirements and submit a status report on the employed candidates

6• Conduct placement drive, rozgar mela etc.

7• Maintain database of the trained candidates and employed candidates

8• Support the mobilization team for sourcing candidates for training by providing leads from placement drives etc.
