• Getting Approval from HOD / Reporting Manager
• Coordination with Employee for Claims documents , Maintain and update records
• Data entries of all the accounting vouchers, claim, purchase, sales JV etc.
• Bank Reconciliation, Accounts reconciliation with vendors/customers
• Mail Correspondence with employees
