• Knowledge of parameters of site selection , Components of solar energy system , installation of solar panel , Safety standards and work procedures, Knowledge of basic electrical wiring
• Training students on : -

1. - Assessing the installation site
2. - Understanding the installation pre-requisites
3. - Arranging for installation materials
4. - Mounting and installing the panels at customers premises
5. - Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation

Other Specifications:

1To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .

2Review training content & timely upgrade

3Motivated the students for placement

4Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP . Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested

5Monitor class attendance

6Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches

7Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles

8Carryout the internal assessments

9Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills ,Communication Skill, Behavioral skills

10Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D
