Job Description

Ø  Developing and implementing effective international sales & marketing strategy.

Ø  Should be proficient in concept selling.

Ø  Well versed with the strategy towards New market developments and plan of action right from identifying new market to the brand awareness, identifying     & evaluating suitable distributor and it's assessment (categorizing for MT/GT & HORECA),

Ø  International sales and Marketing to be handled for countries like the Middle East, Mauritius , Singapore , South East Asia ,UK, Australia and Europe.

Ø  Identify & Introduce new international market.

Ø  Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the overseas market.

Ø  Manage and expand the current and new Distributors network for the assigned region.

Ø  Participation in International Food exhibitions to promote business.

Desired candidate profile

Ø  Having experience of handling international sales and marketing in multiple countries .

Ø  Expertise in developing and launching new products in new markets.

Ø  Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

Ø  Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Ø  Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution.

Ø  Strong business sense and industry expertise

Ø  Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
