Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify new business opportunities in the construction industry

To generate sales for your company, it's important to create a strong and effective message that speaks to your target audience.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Collaborate with the project team to develop and deliver proposals and bids

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or related field

Only experienced candidate can apply for this position

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing in the construction industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities

Strong understanding of construction processes and industry trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Availability to travel as needed
