  • As a food technologist, he/she will be responsible for new product development and looking after the whole process of development.
  • Sourcing of raw materials will be there so that the best quality of raw material can be available within TAT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate new product concepts based on market trends, consumer insights and business goals.
  • Vendor Management will also be there.
  • Develop and document manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality control measures for new products.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
  • Design and execute experiments to develop product formulations that meet sensory, nutritional, and cost targets.
  • Source and evaluate ingredients for functionality, quality, and availability, ensuring compatibility with production processes.
  • Conduct research on emerging ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques to inspire innovative product ideas.
