Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a talented and creative UX UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with work experience ranging from 0 to 1 year. As a UX UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience on our innovative fractional ownership platform. A keen eye for detail and a passion for user-centered design is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory, as it is crucial for creating interactive and collaborative design prototypes (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong command of tools for creating cohesive and aesthetically pleasing visual designs is essential (Mandatory skill).
• Working knowledge of Adobe XD as it is vital for designing, prototyping, and sharing user experiences effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Essential understanding of Adobe Illustrator to create and edit vector-based designs contributing to our user interface.
• Familiarity with Blender for creating 3D visuals that enhance user interaction on digital platforms.
• Competency in wireframing to outline and strategize the basic structure and layout of prospective platforms.
• Ability to utilize prototyping tools to simulate and refine the user flow and functionalities of our platform.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently with a multi-disciplinary team and articulate design rationale.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop user interface elements and design patterns that are consistent across the platform.
• Continually improve the user experience of our platform by analyzing user feedback and iterating on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
• Deliver design solutions adhering to time and financial constraints without compromising quality.
