Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Real Estate Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate sales and will be based in Hyderabad.   • Lead Generation: Demonstrated experience in generating and nurturing leads through various channels and converting them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Property Tours: Competence in organizing and conducting thorough property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate property value propositions and close deals that meet clients' needs.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to craft strategic approaches that maximize business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and facilitate a seamless sales process.
