Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager with 2–3 years of experience in construction and sourcing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to oversee site execution, vendor coordination, and material procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for material procurement and delivery.
• Monitor site safety, compliance, and execution in accordance with approved drawings.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing and understanding construction and architectural plans.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Report daily/weekly progress to the project head or senior management.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to manage sourcing and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction/site management and sourcing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
