Job Overview

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position aimed at freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will employ their creativity and technical skills in motion graphics to support our marketing and branding efforts. A strong understanding of design principles, as well as a passion for animation and visual storytelling, will be essential for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Blender, and 3D Animation (Mandatory skill).
• Basic knowledge in Cinema 4D to create complex motion graphics and animations.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production tasks.
• Experience with Maxon Red Giant tools to enhance motion graphics and visual effects.
• Ability to create detailed storyboards that convey the vision and structure of animations.
• Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) techniques to apply in motion graphics projects.
• Strong creative and artistic skills along with the ability to visualize abstract concepts.
• Excellent time management skills to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets through captivating motion graphics content.
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify and support creative recruitment processes for the design team.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to help them achieve individual and team objectives in motion graphics design.
