FracSpace is seeking a Junior Human Resources Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position is ideal for an energetic individual with 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience. As a key part of our HR team, you will support various HR functions and help foster a positive work environment that aligns with our company's mission and values.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS software is essential for efficiently managing employee data and streamline HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for analyzing HR metrics, creating reports, and managing employee records.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Skills in employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company and effective orientation programs.
  • Experience with payroll processing to accurately manage compensation and ensure timely payments to employees.
  • Understanding of labor laws to ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and protect company interests.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems to support employee appraisal processes, feedback, and development programs.
  • Proficiency in various interview techniques to assess candidate suitability and improve the selection process for new hires.
