Hospitality, and Allied Services. Known for delivering high-quality residential and

commercial projects, we are now expanding our on-site execution team and looking for a

hands-on, disciplined, and quality-conscious Site Manager to oversee our real estate

development activities.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Site Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate,

construction, or infrastructure projects. This role involves daily supervision of on-site

activities, coordination with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely, quality

delivery of construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee day-to-day site operations including labor management, work execution,

and safety compliance.

 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery

and work schedules.

 Monitor quality and progress of civil, structural, and finishing works.

 Maintain project timelines and escalate delays or deviations.

 Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.

 Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, checklists, and

material receipts.

 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and head office for design or technical

clarifications.

 Enforce safety and compliance protocols at the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

 Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings.

 Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project coordination.

 Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.

 Willingness to be based at project sites and manage on-ground challenges.
