Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 years of work experience. The Junior Architect will contribute to innovative real estate projects and support the design and planning process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to create detailed architectural drawings necessary for client presentations and project development.
• Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill) to work efficiently on BIM projects and ensure accurate 3D modeling and documentation.
• Experienced in 2D CAD Drawing (Mandatory skill) to provide clear and precise design solutions for various architectural needs.
• Experience with construction drawings to assist in preparing detail-oriented and compliant documentation for projects.
• Skill in 3D Modeling to visualize and render realistic project designs for internal review and client understandings.
• Knowledge of SketchUp to quickly produce accurate, high-quality 3D models that facilitate client decision-making.
• Understanding of design development to support the project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet client requirements.
• Aptitude in site planning to help create optimal layouts and design spaces that meet regulatory and project criteria.
