Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in bed making to ensure guest spaces are welcoming and comfortable (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in dusting, ensuring a spotless environment at all times (Mandatory skill).
• Skillful at mopping to maintain clean and hygienic floors across all areas (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in effective bathroom cleaning, maintaining high sanitation standards.
• Capability in employee training to improve team efficiency and service consistency.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns promptly.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep of all assigned areas, including but not limited to rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation standards in line with the company's policies.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Address housekeeping-related queries or complaints from guests swiftly and effectively.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the relevant department.
• Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and report inventory shortages promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and effective work environment.
