FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our vibrant team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position within our organization. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our properties, ensuring a high quality of service for our clients and partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in bed making to ensure guest spaces are welcoming and comfortable (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in dusting, ensuring a spotless environment at all times (Mandatory skill).
- Skillful at mopping to maintain clean and hygienic floors across all areas (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in effective bathroom cleaning, maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Capability in employee training to improve team efficiency and service consistency.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep of all assigned areas, including but not limited to rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation standards in line with the company's policies.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Address housekeeping-related queries or complaints from guests swiftly and effectively.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the relevant department.
- Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and report inventory shortages promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and effective work environment.
