Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Junior Front Office Executive for a full-time position at our Hyderabad office in hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will play a vital role in managing the front office operations efficiently. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a solid understanding of reception management to ensure smooth and professional front office interactions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating capability to handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for efficiently handling documentation and correspondence related to front office operations.
  • Exemplary telephone etiquette to ensure polite and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist in clear and precise internal and external communications.
  • Strong data entry skills to accurately input and manage information within various databases and systems.
  • Reception management (Mandatory skill) required for overseeing daily reception activities and ensuring front office is organized for optimal function.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced office environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets by facilitating smooth front office operations.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience as the first point of contact for FracSpace.
  • Validate and manage appointments and meetings, coordinating schedules efficiently to optimize office operations.
  • Maintain a professional front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary materials and supplies.
  • Manage telephone switchboard, directing calls and messages to appropriate personnel with clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist in mentoring and training junior staff within front office operations to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Handle administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and other tasks to support front office and other departments.
