Job Overview
FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Staff to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is crucial in ensuring an excellent first impression and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in customer service to effectively address and respond to client inquiries and requests.
- Strong telephone etiquette (Mandatory skill) to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Accurate and efficient data entry (Mandatory skill) skills to maintain and update records without error.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring the ability to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) Systems for managing transactions and payments efficiently.
- Ability to use appointment scheduling software for managing and coordinating client meetings and appointments seamlessly.
- Adept at problem resolution to address and solve client issues or complaints with a positive outcome for all parties involved.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, promptly directing inquiries to relevant staff or departments.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and providing badges to visitors.
- Keep a clean and tidy front desk area at all times, ensuring a professional and inviting environment for guests.
- Maintain telecommunication and multimedia equipment by following manufacturer's instructions, resolving malfunctions, and arranging repairs when necessary.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and data management to support office operations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the smooth running of daily office activities.
- Develop effective communication channels with external stakeholders, maintaining sound relationships.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and responsibility.
