Job Overview
As a Front Desk Receptionist at FracSpace, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. You will help in maintaining the smooth operations of the front desk and contribute to creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage documentation efficiently.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems to handle multiple calls professionally and promptly.
- Customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive and courteous interactions.
- Data entry skills (Mandatory skill) to accurately input and maintain records and information databases.
- Communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively both in written and verbal forms.
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve visitor inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Scheduling software knowledge to manage appointments and bookings in an organized manner.
- Time management skills to balance various responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- It is a night shift job, and the candidate should be available to work on weekends and holidays as well.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and valued upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Maintain the front desk area by keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, coordinating with respective personnel as needed.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation when required.
- Handle general inquiries and guide clients to the right department or personnel for further assistance.
- Ensure security processes are followed, including monitoring visitor log and adhering to safety protocols.
