Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a Junior Ayurvedic Therapist for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in Ayurvedic practices and therapies. This role is essential in fostering the holistic well-being of our clients through traditional Ayurvedic approaches.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience of 1-3 years in applying Ayurvedic treatments and therapies to clients for alleviating various ailments.
• Proficiency in Panchakarma practices and therapies, including detoxification and rejuvenation processes (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in Ayurvedic massage techniques and therapies tailored to individual health needs (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in creating herbal preparations for therapeutic purposes and client care enhancement.
• Ability to perform aromatherapy sessions that support physical and mental relaxation and healing.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology pertinent to Ayurvedic treatment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients on their therapy processes and benefits.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care to ensure optimal client well-being and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough client health assessment to tailor Ayurvedic treatment plans to individual needs.
• Perform various Panchakarma therapies to aid in detoxifying and improving the client's physical well-being.
• Create and apply herbal preparations and Ayurvedic oils during treatments to maximize therapeutic effects.
• Administer Ayurvedic massages designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
• Instruct clients on post-therapy care and lifestyle modifications to maintain health gains.
• Ensure a calming and hygienic treatment environment adhering to health and safety standards.
• Update and manage client records with treatment progress and response observances.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
