Position : Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Qualification : MBA. MSW or MHRM

Compensation: As per market Standards

Job Summary:  

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with a strong background in white-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience, proficiency in e-job portals, excellent communication skills, and relevant qualifications such as an MHRM, MSW, or MBA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition  

  - Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

  - Utilize e-job portals, social media, and networking to source top candidates.

  - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

2. Stakeholder Management  

  - Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

  - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.

3. Interviewing & Selection  

  - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture.

  - Coordinate with hiring managers and manage the scheduling of interviews and feedback sessions.

4. Candidate Experience  

  - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.

  - Support the onboarding process, helping new hires transition smoothly.

5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting  

  - Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide insights for process improvements.

  - Prepare recruitment reports and analyse trends to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.

6. Compliance & Documentation  

  - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  - Maintain accurate records for all hiring processes and candidate interactions.
