Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase market share in the office furniture segment.

3. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and decision-makers in the office furniture procurement process.

5. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

6. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our office furniture solutions.

7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional after-sales support.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to streamline processes and optimize sales performance.
