Qualifications and Experience 

• B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering (MBA is an advantage). 
• 12–15 years of relevant experience with 5–7 years in an R&D leadership role. 
• Proven track record in product innovation, successful launches, and turnkey project execution. 
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience in Dairy, Beverages, Ready-to-Eat, Nutraceuticals, or Processed Foods 

preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Innovation & Product Development 

• Lead R&D strategy and oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization. 
• Develop a product roadmap aligned with consumer needs, quality, cost, and nutrition. 
• Conduct lab trials, pilot runs, and scale-up studies for new product launches. 

Turnkey Projects & Food Manufacturing Integration 

• Lead turnkey project execution including vendor selection, machinery finalization cum installation, and technology transfer. 
• Conduct feasibility studies, OPEX & CAPEX planning, breakeven & ROI analysis. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all R&D and manufacturing processes. 

Cross-Functional & Strategic Leadership 

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Branding, and Operations to enable successful product launches 
• Build strategic partnerships with vendors, co-manufacturers, and research institutions 
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement within the R&D team 

Business & Strategy Execution 

• Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships through technical expertise and trust- building. 
• Monitor project performance ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery aligned with business objectives. 
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve R&D efficiency and shorten time-to-market
