Qualifications: 

• Education: B. Tech /M. Tech in Food Technology 
• Experience: 7-10 years in the food industry 
• Skills: Strong technical expertise, leadership, project management, and communication 

Key Responsibilities 

🔹 Team Management – Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing innovation team. 

🔹 Project Management – Oversee and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution. 

🔹 Technical Expertise – Provide technical guidance, feedback, and troubleshooting support. 

🔹 Quality Assurance – Ensure product quality, manage technical risks, and optimize processes. 

🔹 Communication – Act as a bridge between management, clients, and team members. 

🔹 Innovation & R&D – Drive research and development initiatives to keep up with industry trends and advancements. 

🔹 Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement.
