Educational Qualifications: B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or Food Process Engineering.

Experience:3-5 years in food production or related industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Plan and execute projects as per client expectations, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Record and maintain accurate project data with minimal deviations.
• Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and provide solutions for technical challenges.
• Optimize resource usage to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Manage client discussions, resolve technical gaps, and deliver value to product development.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and gain timely client approvals.
• Build expertise in core technical domains and guide team members effectively.

1. Technical & Operational Support:

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure accessibility to clients and stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication with clients and vendors, including preparing and sharing meeting agendas and reports.
• Provide alternative solutions for technical or operational challenges as needed.
