Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics/courier industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across designated locations
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
2.Customer Relationship Management:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
3.Market Insights & Strategy:
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Share insights with internal teams to develop effective marketing campaigns
4.Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and conversions
- Attend internal meetings, training programs, and industry events
