Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead and drive brand
positioning, digital- marketing strategy, channel planning, and revenue growth
across diverse FMCG/consumer brands. This role is highly strategic and advisory, but
demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in building integrated growth
engines, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making.
This is a client-facing and leadership-level consulting role that collaborates closely with
marketing, sales, creative, analytics, and founder teams.
Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA

- 15+ years in business growth, brand strategy, digital marketing, or
- sales leadership roles

Strategic Planning

• Refine brand identity, messaging, and positioning for B2C and B2B markets
• Support packaging, pricing, and market segmentation strategies
• Guide storytelling and visual branding with internal teams or external partners
Digital Growth Enablement
• Define digital marketing strategy including paid media, content, SEO, email, and
CRM
• Collaborate with digital agencies or internal teams to plan and execute
campaigns
• Review performance analytics and drive ROI-based decision-making
Channel Expansion & Sales Support
• Develop integrated GTM plans across retail, distributor, and D2C channels
• Optimize sales funnel, conversion strategies, and partner networks
• Implement sales enablement tools and performance management dashboards
Advisory & Leadership
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client founders or senior leadership
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews, growth workshops, and planning sprints
• Mentor internal teams in marketing, sales, or brand development.
