Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day accounting by following the US related compliance
• Monthly tax payments and compliances to take care any non-compliances
• Coordination with US CPA for proper compliances and system improvements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly US GAAP financial statements including cash flow statement
• Assist with preparing annual US GAAP financial statements and footnotes disclosures
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly flux reports at the FS level view
• Assist with lender compliance reporting and the presentation of non-GAAP measures included in the quarterly and annual reports
• Address ad-hoc reporting requests from other functions within the organization
• · Coordinate and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process
• · Assist with company's interim and annual external audit requests
• · Accounting research and documentation for non-standard transactions and new accounting pronouncements
• · Project wise monitoring for cash flow and GM tracking
• · Assist in India reporting & amp audits for the US entity
• · Any other task assigned by the reporting manager/Department head
