Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products and services related to water purifiers and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments, follow-ups, and installation visits.
• Answer incoming queries, resolve complaints, and provide relevant information.
• Maintain customer databases and call records accurately.
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the field service team for smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or any regional language.
• Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
• Polite, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate
• Prior tele calling or customer service experience is a plus
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
