As a Senior Sales Manager at Fivebro Water Services Private Limited, you will lead sales initiatives, build customer relationships, and drive business growth for water treatment solutions in Ahmedabad. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in water treatment solutions, including understanding technical requirements, market applications, and solution building (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive experience in lead generation and conversion within industrial or B2B sectors, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline (Mandatory skill).
- Deep knowledge of effective product positioning strategies tailored for diverse customer segments (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value contracts and close complex deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Strong project management capabilities, overseeing end-to-end sales projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure operational excellence.
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer data, and generating actionable sales reports to inform strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement, sales presentations, and team collaboration.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to identifying opportunities, problem-solving, and executing growth initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets for water and wastewater treatment solutions and filtration systems in assigned regions.
- Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies to grow the customer base and increase market share.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential leads, building relationships, and following up on prospects to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct product positioning and sales presentations customized to client needs, highlighting unique selling points and technical advantages.
