Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in sales. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience of 4 to 6 years in a sales role, preferably within the consumer services industry.
- Expertise in negotiation techniques to close deals effectively and maximize revenue (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and streamline sales processes (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to generate leads through various channels and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and contributing to company revenue goals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Identify and target potential clients in the water treatment industry and initiate contact through various methods.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competition to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
