Job purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target.
- Manage different types of candidates at the same time.
- Well versed in recent Technologies ,sourcing & screening of the candidates
- Well acquainted with candidate engagement from screening to onboarding
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time.
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management.
- Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done.
